Surat Edaran yang baru-baru ini di publikasikan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud) bahwa soal Penilaian Tengah Semester Kurikulum 2013 harus memenuhi ketentuan standar soal terbaru dan harus sudah terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills).
